I am not a professional designer, I am a coder and is hard for me to create fancy icons. That's way I searched some nice icons on web and I found that one of the best icons resource on web is Icon Archive Website. The icons came into categories, nice structured and nice displayed, sorted also by date as fresh icons. There are also another few webs providing such icons but I think the best friendly web is Icon Archive with user friendly navigation, providing a great user experience.
